5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes but only to Canada at this time. We ship within the United States and Canada. Please stay tuned for updates on our ongoing expansion internationally!
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
For US based customers, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
For Canada based customers we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. If you have issues with your order please email customersupport@gohala.com

7. How do I care for my ZIDA clothing?
To keep your clothes in top condition, we recommend following the care instructions on the label. Most of our items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. For more delicate fabrics, we suggest hand washing or dry cleaning. We also strongly encourage non-corrosive detergents.
