We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping timelines, rates, and important information for both U.S. and international orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may increase during launches, sales, or holidays.
U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on U.S. orders $100 USD and up. Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days after shipment.
Canada Shipping
We currently ship to Canada using standard international shipping.
Flat-rate shipping to Canada is $20.60 CAD. Free shipping is available on Canada orders $200 CAD and up.
Estimated delivery time for Canada orders is 7–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by Canadian authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
International Shipping
Shipping is available to select international destinations from the U.S. at this time. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: customersupport@gohala.com
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund lost packages.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
